General Environmental and Employee Health & Safety - Senior Professional

Responsibilities:


* Deploy and monitor Environment, Occupational Health & Safety tools and methods at plant/site level, ensuring continuous improvement through strategic action plans


* Manage environmental aspects of industrial sites including waste management, emissions control, and implementation of environmental standards (ROHS, W3E)


* Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety programs to prevent workplace accidents and occupational illnesses


* Lead investigations of accidents and environmental incidents, collaborating with stakeholders to prevent recurrence


* Provide expert guidance on safety protocols and conduct compliance audits aligned with organizational and governmental standards

* Strong track record of implementing successful safety programs and environmental initiatives

* Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications


* 3+ years of experience in EHS within manufacturing or industrial environments.


* Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 standards, and compliance programs.


* Experience conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and implementing corrective actions.


* Proven ability to drive safety culture, lead training programs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.


* Advanced English level.
