What will you do:


* Lead the strategic direction and profitable growth for a regional/worldwide Strategic Product Family, including Sales, Inventory & Operation Planning (SIOP)


* Define and execute marketing mix strategies while optimizing stock keeping unit processes


* Partner with product development teams to incorporate customer insights into product design and marketing approaches


* Drive market research initiatives to identify customer segments and understand key buying behaviors


* Manage product P&L, including budgeting, profitability analysis, and ROI optimization
