Basic Qualification


* High school diploma or Associate's degree equivalent from college or technical school.


* Minimum five years related experience/or training and manufacturing experience.


* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Summary

Coordinates the activities of the Heat Treat Department personnel to ensure that daily production is processed in the safest and efficient manner according to customer specifications; enforces company policies and procedures.
