* Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline


* Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing in an engineering function


* Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.

Preferred Qualifications


* Master's degree in an engineering discipline


* 3 years of experience in high volume manufacturing


* Familiarity with fastener manufacturing


* Experience working with CNC Machines


* Experience with Microsoft Office products.


* Experience working with ERP systems, preferably QAD


* Experience in CAD software, preferably in SolidWorks.


* Knowledgeable in blueprint reading and GD&T
