As a Senior Product Associate within the Consumer Banking Firmwide FDIC Deposits Platform team, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact.

Job responsibilities


* Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery


* Consider and plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience


* Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that deliver value to customers


* Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle


* Lead data-driven analysis to support product priorities, identify issues and opportunities, and recommend actionable solutions


* Translate business and regulatory needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and testable requirements


* Partner daily with Engineering and Quality Assurance teams to clarify scope, support refinement, and resolve delivery questions


* Maintain and manage the product backlog, including story creation, prioritization support, status tracking, and defect linkage


* Support Agile ceremonies - including refinement, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives - to ensure smooth execution from intake to delivery

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* 3+ years experience in Data query & analysis, including product engineering concepts


* Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, including discovery and requirements definition


* Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret data, validate outcomes, and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders


* Demonstrated experience writing Agile user stories, acceptance criteria, and working directly with engineering and testing teams in a delivery environment
