Your Role: Commercial Finance Analyst

As a Commercial Finance Analyst, you will support the regional commercial finance team from Warsaw by implementing pricing and commercial strategies across Poland and export trading activities, including Basel-related export support.

In this role, you will partner with commercial, finance, legal, compliance, and supply teams to manage pricing, contracts, working capital, and financial analysis that enable business continuity and performance.
 

Your Responsibilities:


* Manage pricing, rebates, credit notes, free goods, and commissions in SAP, ensuring commercial conditions align with contracts, rebate agreements are accurately implemented, accruals are reconciled, and settlements are completed on time.


* Maintain and improve commercial contract and pricing controls, including customer onboarding and phase-out, agreement governance, contract amendments, and coordination with legal and business stakeholders.


* Support working capital and credit management across domestic and export markets by assessing financial statements, applying risk-mitigation tools, and driving consistent credit practices.


* Deliver financial planning, forecasting, reporting consolidation, and monthly performance analysis for assigned countries and regional markets, with regular updates to the Commercial Finance Director.


* Lead small to mid-sized projects and maintain operating procedures aligned with applicable regulations and policies, including Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Permanent Establishment, trade sanctions, anti-boycott, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements.
 

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):



* A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial finance and trade finance, preferably in an export environment.


* Experience managing pricing, rebates, commercial conditions, and contract execution in SAP or another Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.


* Advanced financial analysis, reporting consolidation, forecasting, and Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to analyze financial statements and credit risk....
