Job Responsibilities


* Lead the end-to-end delivery of Equities technology projects by collaborating with traders and engineers to manage dependencies and ensure timely releases.


* Translate business requirements from trading desks into clear technical specifications for engineering teams.


* Develop and manage project plans, including technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to achieve on-time delivery.


* Identify and address project risks, implementing contingency plans to maintain progress.


* Work with cross-functional teams-engineering, product, and business stakeholders-to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables.


* Monitor program performance, analyze results, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


* Promote the use of agile methodologies and support a culture of continuous learning and technical advancement.


* Ensure clear communication among team members and stakeholders to align on project goals and expectations.


* Support the development and execution of operational plans and risk management strategies.


* Maintain high standards of quality and professionalism in all aspects of service delivery.


* Provide subject matter expertise in Equities Risk technology and program management.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* 5+ years of experience in technical program management, leading complex technology projects in large organizations.


* Experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure trading environments, with the ability to make informed decisions under tight deadlines.


* Strong background in Equity Derivatives or related financial products.


* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.


* Advanced stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing decision-making across teams and clients.


* Experience managing resources, budgets, and teams in an agile environment.
