What we are looking for in our new Project Execution Senior Project Manager:


* Proven experience in leading large, complex projects-ideally in construction, technical, or infrastructure environments.


* Solid understanding of project execution processes, quality assurance, change management and compliance in large-scale projects.


* Proficient in project planning tools and experienced in managing project dependencies and predecessors.


* Experience with procurement, subcontracting, and financial follow-up is an advantage.


* Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate interfaces across disciplines.


* Experience in Building Management Systems (BMS), SCADA, automation, or other integrated building solutions is a plus.


* Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office, MS Project).


* Fluent in Danish and English.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:


* Lead and manage the full lifecycle of large-scale projects, from planning to commissioning.


* Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.


* Take ownership of project planning, execution, and financial performance.


* Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth delivery.


* Oversee procurement and subcontracting processes.


* Ensure quality, safety, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.


* Provide clear and structured reporting on project status and performance.


* Actively participate in tendering and pre-sales activities.
