VIE - Order Processing Specialist - Szigetszentmiklos

Start your career with an exciting VIE opportunity as an Order Processing Specialist in Szigetszentmiklós, Hungary !

In this role, you will take full ownership of end-to-end customer order processing : ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery.

You will also play a key role in transformation, driving cross-functional alignment and continuous improvement while contributing to the Unify program and enhancing order management performance.

Main missions:

Your role :


* Own end-to-end order execution from entry to shipment, including EDI and delivery coordination


* Monitor service performance and KPIs, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions


* Report key logistics and service KPIs and contribute to performance reviews (SIM)


* Ensure SLA compliance and adapt processes to meet customer-specific requirements.


* Act as the main customer contact (SPOC), capturing and relaying Voice of Customer feedback


* Manage order validation, documentation, and critical issues (delays, stock, returns, claims)


* Coordinate closely with internal teams (CCC, BU, logistics) to ensure smooth operations


* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to optimizing order management processes

Education : Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering or related fileds

Experience : 1-2 years of experience in operations, analytics, or project management (internships and apprenticeships are fully valued)

Skills and Mindset :


* Fluent in English and French


* Order management & logistics processes (end-to-end flow, delivery, documentation)


* Data analysis & KPI tracking (service levels, root cause analysis)


* ERP & tools proficiency (SAP, Excel, Power BI or similar)


* Good understanding of supply chain, operations, and customer service


* Strong communication & stakeholder management


* Organizational, detail oriented and Problem-solving skills


* Continuous improvement and transformation-driven
