Senior Manager, Corporate Development

This individual willbe responsible foridentifying, evaluating, and executing growth opportunities to enhance shareholder value.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience at a leading investment banking or management consulting firm,demonstratingstrong analytical, financial, and project management capabilities.What you will be doing:
* Strategic Planning: Support corporate strategy development and execution, collaborating with senior leadership to evaluate market trends and identify potential growth areas.
* Mergers & Acquisitions: Lead or support deal sourcing, due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, and integration activities for acquisitions and divestitures.
* Partnerships & Investments: Assess new business opportunities, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships, including market entry and investment analysis.
* Financial Analysis: Develop and review detailed financial models, forecasts, and valuation analyses to support business cases and transaction decisions.
* Project Management: Manage cross-functional teams and workstreams to ensure timely and successful execution of projects and transactions.
* Stakeholder Communication: Prepare presentations and reports for executive management, board of directors, and external stakeholders.
* Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct industry, competitor, and market analyses to inform strategic recommendations.
We want you to have:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred.
* 3-5 years of experience at a top-tier investment banking or consulting firm, with exposure to M&A, corporate strategy, or transaction advisory.
* Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
* Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills for executive-level stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
Preferred Qualifications, Education, & Experience
* Experience with buy-side and sell-side M&A processes, integration planning, and execution.
* Familiarity with industry-specific dynamics relevant to the company's sector.
* Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases.
