SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Problem solving abilities are important for analyzing problem situations and resolving them.

Computer systems expertise is important because most of the duties involve computer programming.

Also, the ability to use commercial software such as spreadsheets, word processors, and databases is important.

Good communication and inter-personal skills are required to interface with all levels of personnel in plant.
