Winding Trails Post Acute is Hiring Full Time NOC LPN's!

Shifts: 12-hour shifts - 6am-6pm & 6pm-6am

Open Positions: Full-time 6pm-6am with a weekend rotation

At Winding Trails Post Acute, we take pride in working together to provide patient-centered care to our residents.

You would be joining a team of professionals committed to improving the lives of those they serve and those they work with.

What to Expect:

Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility; may include supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes and treatments

Successful Candidates:

Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado

CPR certification

Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check

SNF/LTC experience a plus!

Rate Range: $37-$44/ hour
