We're looking for a compassionate Charge Nurse who wants to make a difference in the lives of our residents while leading a dedicated nursing team.

You'll play a key role in creating a safe, supportive, and uplifting environment for both residents and staff.

What You'll Do


* Provide clinical guidance to nursing staff


* Support residents with skilled, attentive care


* Coordinate with families and care partners


* Maintain accurate documentation


* Foster a positive, resident‑centered atmosphere

What We're Looking For


* Current CA RN or LVN license


* Experience in skilled nursing a plus


* Strong leadership and communication abilities


* A commitment to quality care
