Certified Dietary Manager (CDM)

Full Time, Monday - Friday , 8 a.m.

- 4:30 p.m.

Position Summary: Duties include management of the Dietary Department and personnel, ensuring quality food preparation and service to all residents, while meeting budgetary guidelines.

Responsibilities may also include clinical duties as appropriate.

Experience: 1 year of healthcare dietary work preferred and 2 years of supervisor experience required.

Certifications: May be required to have or obtain a Food Handlers Certificate or Sanitation Course, as required by state regulations.

CDM preferred but not required for application.

About NHC Athens: Our campus is home to a 75-bed post-acute 24-hour skilled nursing Health Care Center.

We see many individuals who need skilled nursing care after a stroke, joint replacement surgery, a cardiac procedure or a serious illness.
