SNF RN/LPN Unit Manager

Job Title: Skilled Nursing Unit Manager (RN)/(LPN)

Location: Dublin
Position Type: Full-Time

Pay up to $90,000 based on expierence

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as a Skilled Nursing Unit Manager.

This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations of the unit, ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and effective staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities:


* Supervise and support nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs


* Coordinate and manage daily operations of the skilled nursing unit


* Ensure delivery of quality resident care in accordance with federal, state, and facility standards


* Monitor and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements (CMS, state guidelines)


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, therapy, and social services


* Conduct staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and ongoing training


* Oversee care plans, documentation, and clinical outcomes


* Address resident and family concerns in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications:


* Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state


* Current and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)


* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting


* Prior supervisory or management experience preferred


* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills


* Knowledge of regulatory standards and survey processes
