Pay Range: $42.00 - $46.00 per hour (DOE)

We provide 24-hour nursing care and short-term rehabilitation services in a compassionate, patient-centered environment, supporting residents recovering from surgery, illness, or injury.

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a part-time basis.

The RN is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, ensuring resident safety, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to support optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities


* Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring of residents


* Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders


* Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans


* Monitor and document resident conditions, reporting changes promptly


* Provide wound care, IV therapy, and other skilled nursing interventions


* Supervise and support LVNs and CNAs to ensure quality care delivery


* Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams to coordinate services


* Educate residents and families on care plans and health conditions


* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and infection control standards

Qualifications


* Active and unrestricted California Registered Nurse (RN) license


* Current CPR/BLS certification


* Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) preferred


* Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills


* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Schedule


* Part-time (schedule may vary; weekends/holidays as needed)
