All Saints Sub Acute Care Center is seeking a reliable and motivated Dietary Aide to join our team.

The Dietary Aide plays an important role in supporting meal service operations and ensuring our residents receive nutritious meals in a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities


* Assist with meal preparation, tray setup, and food service.


* Deliver meals and snacks to residents according to dietary requirements.


* Follow resident diet orders and portion control guidelines.


* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, dining, and food preparation areas.


* Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.


* Stock food and kitchen supplies as needed.


* Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.


* Work collaboratively with dietary staff to ensure efficient meal service.


* Assist with special events and other dietary department duties as assigned.

Qualifications


* 1-2 years of kitchen or food service experience required.


* Experience in a healthcare, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care setting is preferred.


* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.


* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


* Strong communication and teamwork skills.


* Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.


* Food Handler Card preferred or ability to obtain upon hire.
