Sales Analyst - Early Career

We're hiring an early-career Sales Development Analyst to support our Mid-Atlantic team in Linthicum Heights, MD, by partnering with Account Executives and estimation teams, managing pipeline accuracy, supporting proposals, and identifying growth opportunities across HVAC, automation, mechanical service, and security solutions.

What will you do?


* Maintain accurate pipeline data, support forecasting updates, and identify growth opportunities in partnership with Account Executives


* Assist with scope development, cost estimates, and customer proposals alongside preconstruction and estimating teams


* Coordinate across sales and internal teams to keep opportunities progressing efficiently


* Build knowledge of customer needs, market trends, and the branch's solution portfolio


* Drive professional growth by developing sales, communication, and business acumen skills while applying feedback and insights


* Support digital content efforts through social engagement, short-form content creation, and basic analytics while upholding brand standards

What will make you successful in this role?


* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Communications, or related field


* Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail


* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)


* Digital fluency with modern tools, including AI-enabled productivity platforms


* Ability to learn quickly, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment


* Exposure to technical industries (HVAC, automation, mechanical, security, or construction) preferred


* Experience creating digital, social, or video content using modern editing or presentation tools preferred

For this U.S.

based position, the expected compensation range is $68,000 - $75,000 per year and an additional uncapped commission.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
