Job Description:

Key Responsibilities



* Monitor facility premises during assigned shifts while the plant is closed


* Conduct routine patrols of buildings, grounds, and parking areas


* Control access by verifying identification and authorizing entry when required


* Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or suspicious activity


* Complete detailed logs and incident reports


* Ensure all doors, gates, and access points are secured


* Communicate any safety or security concerns to management


* Coordinate with local law enforcement or emergency services as needed


* Support emergency response procedures, including evacuation or incident containment

Qualifications



* High school diploma or equivalent


* Ability to remain alert and attentive during overnight or extended shifts


* Strong observation and communication skills


* Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally

Physical Requirements



* Ability to walk or stand for extended periods


* Ability to patrol indoor and outdoor areas in various weather conditions


* Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs if necessary

Work Environment



* Manufacturing facility environment


* Exposure to outdoor conditions during patrols


* Primarily independent work with minimal supervision during closed hours

Additional Requirements



* Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Compensation Range:
The pay range for this position is $15.82 - $25.24.

Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between $17.21 to $17.21.

Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.

If the competitive wage is equal in both fields, the starting rate is the same for all applicants that apply for this role.
