Brushy Creek Post Acute is a beautiful 144-bed skilled nursing facility located next to the hospital in Greer, South Carolina.

Our unique campus features 12 cottage-style homes (12 residents each) with their own kitchens, plus gardens and patios for residents and staff to enjoy.

Position Summary

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide hands-on care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety while working within our unique cottage-style care model.

Key Responsibilities


* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and toileting


* Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning


* Monitor and report changes in residents' condition


* Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment


* Work alongside nurses and care team to follow care plans


* Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care

Qualifications


* Must be at least 18 years old


* Active CNA certification in South Carolina (required)


* Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred


* Compassionate and team-oriented mindset


* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Additional Information


* Balanced patient assignments to prevent overload and improve care quality


* Must be able to remain physically active during shifts, including walking between cottages
