Your Role & Responsibilities:



* Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice



* Observe and interpret patient's symptoms and communicate them to the physicians



* Collaborate with nurses and physicians to create individualized care plans for patients.


* Perform routine procedures and fill in patient's charts.

Qualifications

Current LVN License in good standing

CPR/BLS
