Brushy Creek Post Acute is a beautiful 144-bed skilled nursing facility located next to the hospital in Greer, South Carolina.

Our unique campus is made up of 12 cottage-style homes (12 residents each), each with its own kitchen, plus gardens and patios for residents and staff to enjoy.

Position Summary

As a PRN Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide hands-on care as needed, supporting residents' comfort, dignity, and well-being in our cottage-style care environment.

Key Responsibilities


* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting


* Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning


* Monitor and report changes in resident condition


* Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment


* Collaborate with nurses and care team to follow care plans


* Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care

Qualifications


* Must be at least 18 years old


* Active CNA certification in South Carolina (required)


* Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred


* Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented


* Ability to remain active throughout shift

Additional Information


* Balanced patient assignments to support quality care and prevent burnout


* Must be comfortable with walking between cottages throughout shift
