Brushy Creek Post Acute is a beautiful 144-bed skilled nursing facility located next to the hospital in Greer, South Carolina.

Our unique campus features 12 cottage-style units (12 residents each), each with its own kitchen, plus gardens and patios for residents and staff to enjoy.

Position Summary

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide direct patient care and support residents within our cottage-style units, ensuring high-quality, compassionate, and individualized care.

Key Responsibilities


* Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans


* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed


* Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the clinical team


* Support and supervise CNAs to ensure quality care delivery


* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation


* Promote a safe, clean, and compassionate environment


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications


* Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required)


* Current CPR certification required


* Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing


* Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred


* Compassion for an underserved population


* Ability to be active and mobile throughout the shift (walking between cottages required)
