Brushy Creek Post Acute is a beautiful 144-bed skilled nursing facility located next to the hospital in Greer, South Carolina.

Our unique campus features 12 cottage-style homes (12 residents each), each with its own kitchen, as well as gardens and outdoor spaces for residents and staff to enjoy.

We provide a highly structured and supportive environment, with on-site leadership available 24/7, making this an ideal place for nurses who value teamwork, consistency, and strong clinical support.

Position Summary

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver and oversee high-quality nursing care within our cottage-style units.

You will play a key leadership role in coordinating care, supporting staff, and ensuring residents receive compassionate, individualized attention.

Key Responsibilities


* Provide and supervise direct patient care


* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed


* Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and care team


* Lead and support LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care delivery


* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation


* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility standards


* Promote a safe, clean, and resident-centered environment


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

Qualifications


* Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina (required)


* Current CPR certification required


* Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing


* Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred


* Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills


* Compassion for an underserved population


* Ability to remain active throughout shift (walking between cottages required)
