Position Summary

As the Business Office Manager, you will oversee daily business office operations, ensuring accurate billing, collections, resident accounts, and administrative functions.

You will also supervise business office staff and play a key role in maintaining financial and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications


* High school diploma or equivalent required


* Experience in skilled nursing billing and business office operations required


* At least 1 year in a long-term care setting preferred


* Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid processes and collections


* Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred


* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)


* Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
