Full-Time NOC RN Supervisor

All Saints Sub Acute

All Saints Sub Acute is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team for full-time NOC shifts.

We are looking for a strong clinical leader who is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a post-acute setting while supporting and guiding nursing staff during overnight operations.

Position Details


* Full-Time


* NOC Shift


* Starting Pay: $49/hour


* Location: San Leandro, California

Responsibilities


* Supervise and support nursing staff during NOC shifts


* Ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with facility policies and procedures


* Coordinate admissions, discharges, and patient care planning


* Respond to clinical concerns and emergencies as needed


* Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams


* Monitor documentation and ensure accurate charting


* Maintain a positive and professional work environment

Requirements


* Current California RN license in good standing


* Minimum 1 year of experience in post-acute care required


* Supervisory or leadership experience preferred


* Strong clinical assessment and communication skills


* Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
