Residential Support Staff (Culinary Focus)

Location: Kennett Square, PA
Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
Schedule: Full-Time; Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 3:30 pm

What You'll Do


* Plan and prepare daily meals for residents, ensuring quality, nutrition, and compliance with specific dietary needs


* Order groceries and household supplies, manage inventory, and maintain organized storage areas


* Assist with general household duties, including cleaning and organization


* Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming kitchen and shared living spaces


* Create weekly menus that meet dietary restrictions and preferences


* Interact with residents in a supportive and respectful manner


* Monitor medication regimens (as applicable)


* Document required information and services accurately and on time


* Collaborate with team members, supervisors, families, and community partners


* Follow all program policies, licensing standards, and incident reporting procedures

What We're Looking For


* 1 year of human services experience (or equivalent combination)


* High school diploma/equivalent required


* Experience in cooking, meal preparation, meal planning, or food service (home or professional setting) - strongly preferred


* Strong organization and time management skills


* Clearances: Criminal Clearance, and Fingerprint-based federal criminal history; Valid Driver's License.
