About the role

As a Global Communications Intern, you will support the Global Communications team on activities related to SPICE+ (our intranet) and Viva Engage.

This role is ideal for students with a background in communications or digital media who are interested in how large organizations manage content, support publishers, and continuously improve internal communication platforms.

During the internship, you will:

SPICE+ (Intranet)


* Support change activities for media libraries, including training materials, FAQs, and Q&A documentation;


* Help archive and organize news content to ensure clarity and easy access;


* Investigate and propose solutions to:



* collect and act on publishers' feedback;


* automate selected recurring tasks where possible.

Viva Engage


* Support Viva Engage topics clean-up activities to improve content relevance and structure.

You will work on real initiatives, with guidance and feedback from your mentor and the Global Communications team.

Profile

Key skills


* Digitally savvy, with a strong interest in digital communication platforms (SharePoint / intranet experience is a plus);


* Organized and comfortable with content clean-up, structuring, and archiving;


* Able to investigate issues, gather user feedback, and suggest simple, practical improvements;


* Interested in identifying opportunities to streamline or automate recurring tasks using Microsoft 365 tools;


* Clear communicator, able to support the creation of training materials, FAQs, and publisher guidance;


* Comfortable working in a global, multicultural environment;


* Basic AI literacy: able to use AI tools (e.g.

Copilot, prompt writing) to support research, content drafts, and repetitive tasks.

Background


* Bachelor's or Master's student in Communications, Digital Media, Information Management, Marketing, or a similar field;


* Familiar with Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint and Viva Engage;


* Fluent in English.
