What will you do?

- Support financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting processes.

- Assist in plant cost tracking and variance analysis (labor, material, overhead).

- Prepare KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports.

- Support month-end close.

- Collaborate with operations and cross-functional teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work with data and generate insights.

- Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI/SAP/Tableau is a plus.

- High attention to detail.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Reports to the Plant Finance Controller.

- Works as an individual contributor.

- Collaborates with finance, operations, and supply chain teams.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (in progress), grad date: June 2027 or later.

- Basic understanding of financial statements and cost accounting.

- Strong Excel skills.

- Familiarity with ERP (SAP) is a plus.

- English proficiency.
