Speech Therapist

Job Title: Speech Therapist (ST)
Location: South Creek Post Acute
Pay: $45-$55 per hour

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech Therapist to join our team!

What You'll Do


* Evaluate residents for speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders


* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve functional outcomes


* Provide skilled therapy services in accordance with physician orders and established care plans


* Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and the interdisciplinary care team


* Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements


* Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies and progress

What We're Looking For


* Current Speech-Language Pathologist license in the State of Washington


* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program


* Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred


* Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills


* Commitment to delivering resident-centered, compassionate care
