Service Supervisor
This is a great opportunity for a candidate with service knowledge and experience in the heavy equipment industry.
Qualified candidates will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Shop Service Technicians, managing and prioritizing work and scheduling technicians accordingly.
Working closely with the Service Manager, Technicians, and customers to ensure that expectations are met, and repairs are conducted expeditiously and efficiently.
The annual salary range for this position is: $80,000 to $90,000.
This is an exempt position and is not eligible for overtime pay.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
* Minimum 2-year supervisory/management experience.
* Preferred 2 or 4-year technical degree or equivalent job experience.
* Technical and diagnostic skills required.
* Ability to read and understand schematics.
* Hydraulic, engine, electrical troubleshoot, and repair.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, and Excel).

* Follow all company policies and procedures for safe work procedures and contribute to the achievement of company safety goals.
* Supervise Shop Service Technicians and manage a dynamic work schedule.

+ Review and approve timecards daily.
