Medical Assistant - Family Medicine

Vancouver Clinic is hiring a Med ic al Assis tan t for Family Medicine at our Battle Ground location.

Responsibilities include rooming patients, collecting patient infor ma tion, preparing patients for examination, assisting with overall delivery of patient care, and receiving additional hands-on training to work at top of scope.

EMTs and CNAs are welcome to apply.

Expectation to receive onsite training and obtain Washington State MA -R credential .

Location: Battle Ground ( 2005 W Main St STE 110, Battle Ground, WA 98604 )

Schedule: Monday through F rid ay, with a variable start time 7:00AM to 4:30PM or 7:30AM to 5:00PM

Hiring rate starts at $ 20.59/ hour and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience.

Active WA State Department of Health Med ic al Assis tan t-Certified credential, hiring range starts at $22.25/hour and goes up based on experience.

Requirements:



* High School diplo ma or equivalent



* Required completion of one of the following : Combination of experience and training resulting in a nationally recognized MA certification or completion of a for ma l MA program or for ma l med ic al services training program of the United States Ar med Forces or

*EMT training and certification or current Washington State Nursing Assistant-Certification.

Must obtain Washington State Med ic al Assis tan t credential within required timeframe and ma intain in active status throughout employment.



* Current healthcare provider BLS required



* Experience with an electronic health record, Epic experience strongly preferred

Pay Range:
$20.19 - $28.27
