Location: Oak Glen Post Acute - Cherry Valley, CA
Salary: $78,000 - $82,000 annually, DOE + Bonus

Oak Glen Post Acute is seeking a passionate and dynamic Director of Staff Development (DSD) to lead and elevate our clinical education programs.

Position Responsibilities


* Lead, develop, and implement engaging educational programs for nursing staff


* Ensure compliance with all state and federal training requirements


* Coordinate orientation, onboarding, and ongoing education for clinical team members


* Promote a culture of excellence, accountability, and compassion


* Support quality improvement initiatives through staff development and training

Qualifications


* Active LVN or RN license in the state of California


* Director of Staff Development (DSD) certification required


* Previous experience in staff development or clinical education in a healthcare setting


* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills


* Passion for mentorship and professional growth
