JOB DESCRIPTION

As the Underwriting Support Insurance to Value (UST ITV) Coordinator, you will be assisting the Underwriting Centers by processing home inspections, policy changes, managing inspection requirements/compliance reviews, etc.

Job Responsibilities


* Provide superior customer service and quality technical content in a fast-paced, automated, high-volume environment.


* Assume ownership and timeliness in process home inspections, producer notifications, transacting policy changes, and updating underwriting notes efficiently and accurately.


* Review and determine compliance in accordance with inspection requirements, and process non-renewals and cancellations.


* Demonstrate the ability to analyze information to make appropriate decisions and solve problems while supporting the underwriting centers.


* Learn with a high regard for accuracy of basic knowledge of personal lines insurance principals and Chubb products, and home inspection details.


* Efficiently navigate multiple systems and applications to research, analyze and resolve home inspection processes.


* Maintain established levels of productivity, service, and quality standards within a fast-paced environment.


* Works collaboratively with team members, and business partners, support a partnership with the underwriting centers to provide a quality experience for our agents and clients.


* Work overtime as needed.


* Complete additional tasks and other projects/duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS



* Strong decision-making velocity in a fast-paced, high-volume environment


* Strong time management skills, with ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities with a focus on results


* Outstanding, effective, and service focused communication skills, both verbal and written


* Proficient in computer skills, multi-application navigation and multi-tasking


* Demonstrate professionalism, accountability and taking personal pride in the handling of inspection processing and support to our business partners and our valued agency partners


* Property and Casualty insurance experience a plus

* Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; college degree or currently pursuing is a plus!

Experience/Knowledge a Plus:


* Personal Lines Insurance


* Masterpiece and IMS systems and processes


* PLS and @work systems and processes


* Knowledge and proficiency with RiskID, PLUW, Portrait/PLS Notes,


* General: Proficient/Intermediate Excel level, Outlook

The pay range for the role is $40,000 to $69,000.
