RN Weekend Supervisor (Part-Time)

Schedule: Saturday - Sunday (7am - 7pm)
Location: New Castle, KY

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse ( RN ) Weekend Supervisor to join our team.

This leadership role ensures high-quality care and smooth operations during weekend shifts.

Responsibilities:


* Supervise nursing staff and ensure compliance with care standards.


* Coordinate patient care and resolve issues promptly.


* Monitor staffing levels and adjust as needed.


* Communicate effectively with families, staff, and management.


* Maintain accurate documentation and uphold regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:


* Current RN license in Kentucky.


* Minimum 3 years of supervisor y or leadership experience preferred.


* Strong clinical and organizational skills.


* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Salary & Incentives:


* $38.00 - $42.00 per hour (based on experience)


* Weekend Differential Pay: Additional $3.00 per hour
