As a Product Delivery Director in Consumer Bank for Deposit 2.0, you foster enhancements and optimize the way products are delivered to customers.

Deposits 2.0 is a multi-year strategic priority for Consumer and Community Banking and will require not only build of a new product, but also significant build across the organization as we collectively modernize experiences and functionality.

Job responsibilities


* Directs principal activities across the end-to-end product delivery journey including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination


* Owns the change management framework across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements


* Maintains a high level of visibility over product timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners


* Coaches and mentors, the product delivery team on best practices through collaborative discussions on resource management, dependency management, and deployment techniques to improve efficiencies


* Continually innovates on existing reporting processes to ensure appropriate attention to escalations, while maintaining as light touch administrative burden as possible


* Maintains an evergreen status report, and represents Deposits 2.0 status to senior stakeholders and with supporting products


* Proactively identifies and removes blockers for the team, while building long term relationships with stakeholders and becoming a horizontal Subject Matter Expert on Deposits 2.0


* Maintains and iterates central Deposits 2.0 materials like Area Product Group roadmaps, process and procedure documentation, product task management requirements


* Considers all required actions that lead to a successful delivery and that the organization is prepared or the gap is filled


* Becomes a horizontal Subject Matter Expert on how Deposits 2.0 functions as a product to successfully deliver

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications


* Extensive experience leading operational management and change readiness


* Experience in enterprise-wide release and deployment processes and strategies
