Product Director Speech and Voice AI/ML

As a Senior Product Manager in the Speech and Voice AI/ML Team, you will be responsible for a high-impact product domain that is experiencing rapid growth and will have a unique opportunity to shape the future of voice-enabled Applied AI as well as the future of banking.

You will navigate an incredibly complex domain, innovate quickly, and ship products with the highest standards of reliability.

Job responsibilities



* Build strong, strategic relationships with clients across the firm; you are highly collaborative, can influence senior stakeholders and interface successfully between clients, technology, and data science.



* Drive business development by creating and executing a comprehensive commercial plan aimed at growing adoption and pursuing significant commercial impact.



* Excel in strategic product thinking and execution, from thinking creatively and making the right bets to managing requirements and being responsible for product outcomes.



* Effectively communicate your vision to management, stakeholders, and users.

Develop and maintain a clear product strategy and roadmap.



* Design metrics and KPIs to measure feature/product success, ensuring your team and stakeholders understand what success looks like and how it's measured.



* Test new features, approve launches, and engage stakeholders early through previews and pilots.



* Design and develop launch/roadshow content, and work with stakeholders to create platforms to showcase new capabilities and measurable value.



* Collect user testimonials and feedback on a regular basis, iterating the product to create ongoing business value.



* Champion and drive adoption of AI-native ways of working within the product team, embedding AI-assisted discovery, experimentation, and evaluation into day-to-day product development.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills



* 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.



* Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.



* Strong grasp of financial markets, organizational business functions, cross-functional financial business operations, and interdependencies across business units.



* Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.



* Experience in cloud computing and architecture, ML platform processes, and tools spanning data ingestion, data engineering, data quality, data orchestration, end-to-end infrastructure, usage/consumption, and data privacy considerations and governance.
