Territory Sales Manager – Secure Power (Guatemala & El Salvador)

The Territory Sales Manager is a sales executive with a technical-commercial focus, responsible for leading the commercial strategy for Secure Power Systems in the territories of Guatemala and El Salvador.

Their main mission is to develop business opportunities in three-phase UPS solutions, cooling solutions, and software, with a focus on mission-critical environments, data centers, cloud and service providers, and the banking and finance sector.

What will you do:



* Develop and manage the pipeline of opportunities with mission-critical end users, working directly on specification and demand generation.


* Collaborate with certified EcoXpert integrators, developing joint projects and expanding the Systems offering.


* Serve key segments: data centers, cloud & service providers, banking and finance, and also support non-IT projects (healthcare, buildings, industry).


* Coordinate with commercial teams from other Schneider divisions (cross-selling) on integrated projects, acting as a key commercial support expert in Secure Power backup solutions.


* Build a market strategy that includes relationships with end users and the partner ecosystem.

Requirements:



* Degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering, electronics, business administration, or a related IT field.


* Intermediate to advanced conversational English.


* Availability to travel to El Salvador at least once per month (25% of the time).


* More than 5 years of experience in consultative sales, with technical knowledge of three-phase UPS, cooling, and software.


* Ability to work on specification with mission-critical clients.


* Experience collaborating with integrators and driving demand generation.


* Ability to coordinate with other commercial teams, particularly Power Systems and Digital Energy.
