What will you do:


* Partner closely with business leaders to understand their needs and deliver strategic HR solutions that drive organizational success


* Guide managers through HR programs, tools, and best practices to enhance employee performance and engagement


* Collaborate with HR Operations and Solutions teams to implement effective people-focused initiatives


* Support the HR Manager in delivering comprehensive HR services across the organization


* Build strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate positive employee experiences

* Strong business acumen with the ability to translate organizational needs into effective HR solutions


* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships at all levels


* Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail


* Knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and talent management principles


* Passion for creating positive workplace experiences and driving employee engagement


* Advanced English.


* Manage metrics and data bases.
