Finance Strategy Analyst

We are looking for a Finance Strategy Analyst to support key business planning and performance processes.

This role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality financial insights, enabling strategic decision-making, and strengthening collaboration across global finance teams.

You will work closely with business finance partners and regional teams to drive reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis that supports leadership discussions and long-term planning.

NOTE: This is a reliever role for a maternity cover.

Contract duration: 6- 8 months.
What You'll Do


* Develop and maintain financial reports and analytical tools to support planning, forecasting, and performance tracking


* Support key processes such as strategic planning, target setting, rolling forecasts, and leadership presentations


* Prepare and analyze ROCE (Return on Capital Employed) across business units


* Partner with global and regional finance teams to deliver actionable financial insights


* Drive data accuracy, standardization, and automation in reporting processes


* Contribute to a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and digital innovation

What Will Make You Successful


* Strong experience in FP&A, financial planning, or performance management (5+ years)


* Solid background in business partnering and financial analysis


* Working knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls


* Proficiency in financial systems and data management tools


* Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel


* Strong communication skills with ability to work across cross-cultural teams


* A digital and improvement mindset, with focus on automation and efficiency


* Fluent in English


* Experience handling complex financial data and reporting systems


* Ability to translate financial data into clear business insights


* Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
