Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience.

Full-time associates in role are also eligible for an annual bonus incentive.

Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

* A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.


* Five years of experience managing large media budgets with a proven track record of partnering with agencies on large, multi-channel initiatives.


* Familiarity with AI-driven advertising platforms and their role in shaping the future of media planning and performance is also expected.


* Strong analytical skills including analytics analysis and processing large amounts of data to understand key trends in audience acquisitions and other key performance indicator metrics.


* Ability to demonstrate proven consistent SEM results on client or agency side.


* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, with proficiency in Excel and Word.
