Project Manager - Prestress

We're hiring a Project Manager to join County Materials in Burlington, WI.
Job Summary:
The Project Manager leads the execution of concrete construction projects, specializing in formwork and structural concrete systems.
This role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while coordinating with project teams, general contractors, and clients.
The Project Manager manages jobsite operations, schedules, cost control, and quality, interprets construction drawings, and drives strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
* Lead the planning and execution of concrete formwork, shoring, and structural projects
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
* Develop and maintain project schedules, cost controls, and reporting
* Oversee project estimating, scheduling, and installation phases
* Conduct jobsite inspections and audits for safety, quality, and compliance
* Review shoring systems, rebar placement, and post-tensioning installations
* Monitor adherence to OSHA safety standards and best practices
* Interpret and review structural and architectural drawings
* Collaborate with general contractors, engineers, and design teams
* Coordinate and finalize precast and shop drawings
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and internal teams
* Lead scope reviews, design meetings, and client presentations
* Professionally manage conflict resolution and contract negotiations
* Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and financial performance
* Negotiate and administer contracts, subcontractors, and vendor agreements
* Oversee change orders and ensure timely execution
* Mentor, coach, and develop project teams
* Promote a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement
