What You'll Bring:

Required:



* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline (environmental, geotechnical, or similar).

Or equivalent experience


* 4+ years of progressive experience in site investigation/remediation projects (7+ years preferred)


* Strong project management skills with the ability to lead moderate to complex technical/regulatory projects


* Effective written and verbal communication skills


* Environmental field experience and 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification


* Driver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area


* Commitment to safety and adherence to health and safety protocols


* This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship

Preferred:



* Professional Engineer (PE) license in Indiana or a reciprocity state (or ability to obtain soon)


* Experience with innovative remediation technologies and high-resolution site characterization


* Proven ability to mentor junior staff and collaborate with technical experts
