Key Responsibilities

As a PTA at City View Post Acute, you will help residents improve mobility, function, and independence through skilled therapeutic care.

Primary Duties Include:


* Deliver skilled physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist


* Implement individualized treatment plans designed to support resident rehabilitation goals


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care


* Accurately document resident progress, treatment responses, and functional outcomes


* Educate residents and caregivers on safety techniques, mobility strategies, and home exercise programs


* Contribute ideas and support initiatives focused on therapy program quality and innovation

Qualifications


* Active California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license or eligibility for licensure


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills


* Commitment to patient-centered rehabilitation and quality care
