Sunnyvale Post Acute is seeking an experienced Business Office Manager to join our skilled nursing facility team full‑time.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SNF billing and business office operations and thrive in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities


* Oversee all business office functions, including billing, collections, and accounts receivable


* Manage SNF Medicare, Medi‑Cal, and insurance billing with accuracy and timeliness


* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer regulations


* Coordinate with corporate and facility leadership on financial reporting


* Supervise and support business office staff


* Work closely with admissions and clinical teams to ensure proper documentation and reimbursement

Qualifications


* Required: Proven SNF billing experience


* Prior experience as a Business Office Manager in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred


* Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medi‑Cal, and managed care processes


* Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills


* Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively

Compensation & Benefits


* Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 annually (based on experience)
