RN - Full Time

Position Summary:
Moraga Post Acute is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing team.

We are currently hiring for Full-Time NOC Shift positions with a 4-on/2-off schedule.

In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and help ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:


* Provide direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans


* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians


* Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report any changes


* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation


* Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members


* Educate and support residents and their families


* Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and infection control standards

Qualifications:


* Current and active California RN license


* Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills


* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities


* Ability to work NOC shifts on a 4-on/2-off rotating schedule


* Previous post-acute or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
