based position, the expected compensation range is $83,000 - $123,000 per year, and the expected commission range is $ 0,000 - $45,000 per year (uncapped).

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Schneider Electric has an opportunity for an experienced Project Development Manager in our West Region.The Project Development Manager is responsible for development of the performance contracting projects in achieving the project's objectives.

They work closely with the Customer, Project Sales Lead, Project Sponsor(s), and Development Team to define the project objectives and create and execute a plan for maximizing the customer current operations through strategic alignment with their vision and mission.

What will you do:


* Responsible for the project site safety during project development/audit phase
+ Develop safety strategy for the project and communicate safety requirements to all project team members and subcontractors
+ Ensure safety strategy, safety audits and required job hazard analysis and risk assessments are performed
+ Ensure all personnel and subcontractors are familiar and adhere to Schneider Electric safe work practices and alignment with customer safety requirements
