Manager- Talent Sourcing
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying top talent, particularly in the technology & non tech sector.
As a Talent Sourcer, you will play a critical role in sourcing, engaging, and attracting qualified candidates to meet our hiring needs.
Your ability to identify candidates through various channels and your understanding of technology roles will be essential to our recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
* Utilize various sourcing methods such as online databases, social media platforms, job boards, and social/professional networks to identify potential candidates.
* Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and match them to job requirements.
* Engage with potential candidates through emails, messages, and calls, providing information about the company and job opportunities.
* Build and maintain a network of prospective candidates for future openings - Talent Pipelining
* Attend job fairs, industry events, and networking sessions to establish connections and promote the company's employer brand.
* Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to schedule interviews and assessments.
* Keep track of sourcing metrics and provide regular reports on sourcing activities.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role in a large matrix MNC, with a focus on technology roles preferred.
* Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools including but not limited to Boolean, X-Ray search, AI based sourcing tools, CRM, Linkedin Recruiter and Talent Insights.
* Strong understanding of technology-related/ non tech/ Supply chain- job requirements and terminology.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and databases.
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
