HR AI Product Owner
Join our global People Technology Services team as an AI Product & Innovation Owner! Help us revolutionize our human resources systems while providing exceptional support to our global workforce.

What will you do:
* Drive new AI use case discovery and strategy
* Define business requirements and use case vision
* Design and prototype GenAI-based solutions (prompting, low-code tools)
* Build POCs and support early-stage experimentation
* Conduct market research, benchmarking, and vendor analysis
* Manage stakeholders across HR, IT, and AI Hub
What will make you successful:
* Demonstrated expertise in AI for HR or Employee Experience landscape
* Strong technical problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills with ability to support diverse stakeholder groups
* Able to work independently with a high level of personal ownership within a global team
* Currently local to Boston, MA; Raleigh, NC; Nashville, TN; Chicago, IL; or Dallas, TX
For this U.S.
based position, the expected compensation range is $101,600 - $152,400 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.
Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.
Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
