Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Position Purpose:
Own the end-to-end coordination of the candidate experience, ensuring a seamless, consistent, and professional interview and hiring process.

This role enables recruiters to stay focused on hiring decisions by providing structured, service-oriented support across scheduling, communication, and systems, strengthening both efficiency and BAC’s employment brand.

 

Key Responsibilities:


* Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and logistics to deliver a smooth and professional experience.


* Prepare and distribute interview schedules and materials to ensure interviewer readiness.


* Serve as the primary point of contact for candidate logistics and communication throughout the hiring process.


* Maintain consistency and momentum across interview timelines and process steps.


* Support onboarding coordination to ensure a seamless transition from offer to start.


* Manage and maintain job postings across internal and external job boards, ensuring accuracy, branding alignment, and timely updates.


* Maintain recruitment systems and data accuracy, including ATS and tracking tools.


* Manage the Talent Acquisition SharePoint site, ensuring content and resources are current and accessible.


* Support employment branding initiatives, including job fairs, university partnerships, and social media recruiting efforts.


* Ensure recruiting activities align with employment laws, internal policies, and best practices.


* Adapt priorities and approaches to meet evolving hiring needs in a fast-paced environment.

Nature & Scope:
Reports to the Sr.

Talent Acquisition Specialist and supports the broader Talent Acquisition team.  Partners closely with Human Resources, recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates across multiple functions and locations.  Serves as the central coordination point for candidate logistics and interview execution.  Operates independently in managing scheduling, communication, and process flow while aligning closely with recruiter direction.  This role does not have direct reports.

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities


* Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.


* 2–4 years of experience supporting recruiting or HR coordination, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.


* Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools required.


* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint.


* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.


* High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.


* Clear, professional communication skills with a strong customer-service focus.


* Ability to build strong working relationships with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
